We've been building AdaptiveHub to empower Filipino classrooms. Here's a timeline of our progress.

In Philippine K-12 classrooms, we witnessed a persistent challenge: students learn at vastly different speeds, yet they're all taught at the same pace. Brilliant students get bored. Struggling ones fall further behind. Teachers juggle 30-50 students, unable to personalize learning for each one. This wasn't a lack of effort—it was a lack of tools.

We set out to build something bold: an AI-assisted Adaptive Learning Management System (A-LMS) aligned with the MATATAG curriculum. Not just another LMS. Not AI replacing teachers. But technology that works with educators to give every student the exact support they need at the exact moment they need it.

We applied for the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Startup Incubation Program—and we were accepted. This wasn't just funding; it was validation. DOST saw in AdaptiveHub a solution that could transform Philippine education at scale. It meant institutional backing, credibility, and a pathway to impact thousands of students and teachers.

We completed multiple intensive workshops through DOST's Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD). Expert mentors taught us business strategy, product development, market validation, and scale. We refined our model, stress-tested our assumptions, and learned what it takes to build a sustainable ed-tech solution that doesn't just work—that transforms lives.
